Volleybird Named Exclusive Renewaball Distributor for North America!

The world's only tennis and padel ball engineered for performance, health, and 100% sustainable.

We didn’t set out to make a “sustainable” tennis ball.

We set out to define what the best tennis ball should be — and then built it.

That meant rethinking every component: rubber that doesn’t require deforestation, felt that doesn’t shed microplastics, manufacturing that doesn’t circle the globe.

Renewaball is the result — the only ball that meets the highest standard these racquet sports deserve.

100% recyclable.

ITF, IPF & IEP approved.

Designed and Made in Europe.

Why This Matters

Every year, 300 million tennis and padel balls end up in landfills globally. Most balls are made to be indestructible — combining rubber, nylon, and industrial adhesives that prevent recycling. Once in a landfill it will take 400 years for a ball to breakdown.

Most balls travel thousands of miles across dozens of countries before reaching a court. They contain petroleum-based rubber, nylon felt, and industrial adhesives that prevent recycling and shed microplastics with every hit.

This isn’t sustainable. And increasingly, your members know it.

Renewaball exists because this “old” ball is not the standard these sports deserve

FAQs

Yes, we can provide you with details for custom ball colors and logo personalization.

The feedstock comes from both tennis and padel players and facilities who throw their old/used balls in a Renewaball collection container in Europe. Balls are separated, no matter the brand, into felt and rubber. The felt is recycled (but not into our Renewaball as a Renewaball does not contain polyester or nylon) and the rubber is used as raw material for new Renewaballs along with virgin rubber.

For tennis and padel players who not only want to play with a high-performance ball that also meet the requirements defined under UN Sustainable Development Goals 12, 13, and 14.

As the only balls that meet the high standards of what “new” balls require, we think Renewaballs are priced fairly and to be consumable.

Of course! For now, every brand of ball can be collected in a way they are sorted and the Renewaball team can ensure it can pick out only those balls it knows exactly which ingredients will come out of that ball when separated into rubber/glue and felt. This way, it can turn specific branded balls into a Renewaball. The rest, unfortunately won’t qualify to be part of the circular process.
